Entry Rejection and Refund Policy

1. Once submitted, application fee refund requests will not be accepted.
2. If your application is rejected for any reason, the entry fee will be refunded by 3rd January 2025, with a deduction of ₹ 50 for processing charges. You will need to provide your bank details via a link shared by the event’s registration team.
3. Any discrepancies regarding refunds must be reported to the Event registration team immediately. Refund inquiries will not be addressed after 3rd January 2025.
